Cost: £125 per child for 3 × 3 hour classes (materials included in cost)

ART CLUB! 3 days of creativity in the school holidays!
Each day will be a new day of Arts and Crafts. Brand new activities, even if you’ve attended the weekend classes before.
Including print making, sketchbooking, painting, drawing with pastels, pencils and pens and crafting all sorts.
Your tutor will be the wonderful Jasmine who is an illustrator and art tutor that facilitates lots of creative workshops across Scotland for ages 7+. Have a look at Jasmine’s website to see the beautiful work she creates. Jasmine’s classes are always full of inspiration and fun, whilst teaching some core techniques in drawing, painting, crafting and print making.
Suitable for ages 7-12 years old
Materials are included in the cost. There will be a break in the middle of the class for lunch. Children are to bring their own packed lunch. Lunch is not provided.

Course content
Each day we will have a new topic and new materials. Materials include oil pastels, paint, collage and 3D cardboard modelling and cover a range of subjects from animals to objects and inspiration from famous artists.
As much as we give inspiration each week to create something, it is totally up to the child to take the idea and run with it. So if they prefer painting to collage, or have their own wacky ideas, we’ll encourage and nurture the creativity with guidance along the way.
Teaching style
Jasmine is an encouraging, nurturing teacher and very much believe every child has their own style, interests and imagination, which shouldn’t be stifled, but shown how to bring it to life! Jasmine is fully disclosed.
Materials
Materials are included in the cost (we use all sorts!) but if your child would like to bring along their own materials to use then I’m more than happy to facilitate this. Please ensure they know they’re responsible for their own belongings.
Venue
The venue is Kayleigh’s studio in Busby and has free parking outside. Accessibility: the studio is up 1 flight of stairs with no lift. Busby train station is approx 15 minute walk away. Unfortunately there is no space for parents to wait for their children, but Busby Hotel at the end of the road does a cracking coffee for your child-free time!
Timings
Class will start promptly at 11am and will end promptly at 2pm so please ensure you are there to pick your child/children up on time.
Cancellation policy
Fingers crossed there won’t be any disruptions to class, but in the case the class needs to be cancelled, I’ll offer a full refund or transfer to another class. If you have purchased a ticket and can no longer make it, I have a 72 hour cancellation policy. If cancelled more than 72 hours before, I’ll offer a full refund or transfer to another class, but unfortunately if within the 72 hours and I’m unable to fill the spot (I will try the waiting list!) then I can’t offer a refund.
