I'm a 35 year old self-taught Artist and Illustrator working from my studio in the Southside of Glasgow, Scotland.

Since being a little girl, I've dreamt of being able to spend all day drawing and painting and 8 years ago I gave up my job in marketing to do just that!

I’ve got 3 strings to my bow:

• Firstly, painting. I particularly love painting people and animals and I use a mix of materials (inks, acrylics, oils, watercolours) to create my artwork. My style is bright, bold colours, often paired with fine black line. You’ll find me hosting exhibitions and selling prints online.

• Secondly, illustrating. Illustrating for kids, in particular, is my main passion - creating characters, playing with expressions and using bold colour! I also work with some amazing brands and small businesses to create illustrations for social media, websites, editorial and ads.

• And lastly, I'm passionate about spreading the message that everyone can draw and paint through art lessons! I also hosted The Daily Doodle at the beginning of lockdown in March 2020. People of all ages from all over the UK (and even Taiwan, Canada and Australia!) drew along live with me on Facebook every day for 50 days. I’m all about encouragement when teaching and my favourite part is seeing what others create and how pleased they are with their final pieces.

When I'm not painting, I’ll be doing the family thing with my wee boy, Ozzy. Or you can find me eating lovely food and drinking lovely wine with lovely people.
