The ‘Melody’ series is a collection of mixed media pieces created using pencil, watercolour, ink, acrylic and collage. Each piece represents different melodies within relationships, with a nod to the melodies the different materials have produced when used together.

‘Melody: Part I’ represents adventure, tenderness and poignancy.

I loved making the merge of the clothing on this one with the contrasting collage in the middle.

It’s painted on A3 textured, heavy watercolour paper (420x297mm) with a thick white border.
